Test: Endura leg warmers for road cyclists
The Full Zip Legwarmers from Endura have full-length zips. Very practical because you don't have to take your shoes off to put them on or take them off.
The idea is great, but the design could be improved: In size S/M, the leg warmers fitted our tester (1.80 metres, slim legs) so tightly on the thigh that the zips cut uncomfortably into the flesh. In the next size up, L/XL, the width on the thigh was fine, but the fabric flapped on the lower leg. Water-repellent Thermolite material keeps you warm down to around 5 degrees, while reflective material on the calves improves visibility.
PLUS Putting on and taking off without changing shoes
MINUS only two sizes, therefore problems with the fit possible
