The Allroad C is intended to expand the off-road portfolio with a somewhat sportier variant. The new model differs from the existing carbon platforms, which Corratec still has in its range, particularly in terms of its weight. According to the manufacturer, the Allroad C weighs just under nine kilograms, making it the lightest gravel bike from Raublinger. For comparison: The Allroad C2, which is based on the "old" carbon frame with a curved top tube, weighed in at 9.72 kilograms on the TOUR scales.
The geometry is suitable for long distances, but with an STR ratio of 1.54 in the medium frame size, you sit slightly more stretched out than on the Allroad C2. The long wheelbase (1025 millimetres) and relatively flat steering angle (71 degrees) promise a very smooth ride. Carbon contact points (handlebars, seat post) and low-set seat stays should make riding through difficult terrain comfortable.
The new model can also be retrofitted with tyres up to 45 millimetres wide. 40 mm tubeless tyres from Schwalbe are fitted ex works - matching the paint finish of the frame set with olive green tyre sidewalls. Threaded eyelets on the fork, top tube, down tube and rear triangle allow bags, pannier racks or fixed mudguards to be attached.
Corratec will only be offering the new Allroad "from the start of the 2025 season" in a version with high-quality components: Shimano's electric GRX offers finely graduated gear changes, the carbon wheels from DT Swiss impress with their low weight and are designed to improve aerodynamics. The price for the complete bike is 5999 euros.
