In der Sprint-Wertung ist dem Belgier Wout van Aert nach Punkten das Grüne Trikot nicht mehr zu nehmen.
A preliminary decision has been made in the battle for the green jersey for the rider with the most points at the 109th Tour de France.

The Belgian Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) can no longer be displaced from first place on points.

The 27-year-old is 214 points ahead of Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates) and 220 points ahead of his compatriot Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck), with only 200 points left to be awarded before the end of the Tour in Paris on Sunday.

However, van Aert must also reach the Champs-Élysées to win the jersey. This is van Aert's first victory in the points classification. The record holder is the Slovakian Peter Sagan (TotalEnergies) with seven successes.
