The road races at the 2023 World Cycling Championships in Glasgow will be shown on TV and live stream. TOUR shows where the races can be seen between 5 and 13 August.

For the first time, the UCI is uniting 13 originally separate cycling competitions in one World Championship. A total of 218 decisions will take place in Scotland - mainly in Glasgow - from 3 to 13 August, including in the track cycling, BMX, indoor cycling and road cycling disciplines.

On the road, a total of 13 world championship titles will be awarded in road races and time trials. Cycling fans can follow the men's, women's and junior competitions on TV and live stream.

World Cycling Championships: TV coverage on ZDF - the broadcast times

ZDF will broadcast the decisive sections of the elite men's and women's road races live:

  • Sunday, 6 August: Men's elite road race: 15:00-17:00
  • Sunday, 13 August: Women's elite road race: approx. 15:15-15:25 & 16:10-17:10 (alternating with the summer biathlon)

World Cycling Championships: TV coverage on Eurosport 1 - the broadcast times

Eurosport 1 will broadcast 9 of 13 decisions live on TV, only the junior competitions will not be broadcast by the sports channel. Eurosport 1 broadcasts most of the men's, women's and U23 races in full length.

  • Sunday, 6 August: Men's elite road race: 10:00-17:30
  • Tuesday, 8 August: Team time trial mixed relay: 13:55-17:30
  • Wednesday, 9 August: Men's U23 individual time trial: 15:20-18:20
  • Thursday, 10 August: Women's elite individual time trial (U23 with separate classification): 14:55-18:15
  • Friday, 11 August: Men's elite individual time trial: 15:30-19:00
  • Saturday, 12 August: Men's U23 road race: 14:00-16:30
  • Sunday, 13 August: Women's elite road race (U23 with separate classification): 12:30-17:30
