The Hamburg-based sportswear manufacturer Incylence has launched its new Winter collection 2025/26 which has been specially designed to meet the needs of cyclists and runners in the cold season. At the heart of the collection is the Merino Strive series, which has been expanded to include four new colour variants: Magenta Cyan, Light Grey Pink, Light Blue Canary and Blue Cyan. The collection also includes wider headbands and neck tubes in various colours. According to the manufacturer, the products are designed to impress with their functionality, fit and heat regulation. The merino socks are made from 45 per cent high-quality, mulesing-free wool, which is sourced from the traditional German company Südwolle Group. According to Alexander Siegmund from Incylence, the merino wool adapts to external conditions and keeps feet warm and dry even at temperatures below zero. In milder temperatures, on the other hand, the fibre provides cooling and a comfortable feel when cycling, running or in everyday life. The products are manufactured in Italy and Portugal, with the manufacturer claiming to emphasise sustainable production and animal welfare.
The Merino Strive socks from Incylence are characterised by an anatomically shaped sole and toe, which should ensure an optimal fit. Reinforced areas under the foot, on the heel and toes are designed to ensure maximum comfort and durability, according to the manufacturer. A wide, double-layered waistband prevents sweat from running into the shoe and ensures a secure fit without slipping. An integrated compression insert on the midfoot ensures a stable fit. The reinforced toe box and additional cushioning in the Achilles tendon and heel area protect sensitive areas. Another advantage of the merino socks is their odour-neutral properties, which make it possible to use the socks several times in a row without washing. This can be a particular advantage on cycle tours lasting several days. The socks are said to be suitable for ambitious cyclists as well as leisure cyclists and can also be worn in everyday life.
In addition to the merino socks, Incylence has also expanded its range of headwear for the winter season. The new Headbands have been made wider and now measure seven centimetres in width, which, according to the manufacturer, should ensure a non-slip fit and a snug fit. The neck tubes, which were previously only available in black, are now available in four other colours. Both products are characterised by a double-layer finish, which is intended to ensure optimum comfort and effective moisture transport. The accessories were designed in Germany and produced in Europe, which according to Incylence stands for uncompromising quality and fit. The headbands and neck tubes are designed to offer reliable protection from the wind and cold and are ideal for cyclists who want maximum comfort and a secure fit in cooler conditions. The products complement the existing range and should help to ensure that athletes are optimally equipped even in the cold season.
