Fizik categorises the Lyra as an all-round road cycling shoe for training and racing. Upper material and fastener
The mesh upper is vapour permeable. PU-laminated reinforcements are located around the fastening system and on the side. These zones are designed to provide structure and stability. Anatomical shape
With the Lyra, Fizik is responding to changes in rider position in road cycling. The toe box is wider than on previous models. The foot can expand fully. The anatomical shape features a straighter axis and a reduced heel-to-toe drop. This design is intended to provide a more natural pedalling feel. The fit is specified as all-round.
Sole and ventilation
The fibre composite outsole uses fibre-reinforced material for power transmission. The reduced heel-to-toe drop positions the foot flatter. Ventilation openings in the sole are designed to increase airflow. The shoe is designed for clipless road bike pedals. The stiffness of 8 places the Lyra in the upper midfield of the Fizik range.

The Lyra is available in sizes 36 to 48; sizes 37 to 47 are also available in half sizes. Fizik offers three colour combinations: Lavender-Mint Green, Coal Black-Black and White-White.
