The carbon "Nack" seat stays disappear completely under the saddle shell. Two lateral wings enclose the 7 × 9 millimetre struts and are intended to direct the frontal airflow to the rear. The reduced height and the connection between the strut and the base are intended to provide more stiffness. Prologo developed its shape using special design software, which was refined during tests in the wind tunnel.
The Choice uses a carbon shell with variable density foam padding. Pressure tests with the in-house "Pressure Map MyOwn" technology determined the ergonomics. The geometry is designed to improve aerodynamic seating positions on modern frames.
Two bolts connect the strut and shell. This design allows damaged components to be replaced without having to replace the entire saddle. The separation of the carbon shell and seat post allows individual parts to be replaced. The Choice is now available in the Prologo shop and from specialist dealers for 490 euros.
